By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to all Policies, which are available on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Our Services include various digital and physical products, subscriptions/memberships, events, and various resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice and in accordance with Australian law (Queensland).

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Any breach may result in termination of your access and account with written notice in accordance with Australia law (Queensland).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Event Policy, and any of our Policies. You also agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate the rights of third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Use our Services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent
Use our Services for its intended and agreed upon use only

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Life With A Purpose or its approved licensors and are protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of Australia.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life With A Purpose shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Life With A Purpose, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contributors, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe by card, Google Pay, and other options that may be available, and you may be subject to their terms and conditions. Bank transfers may be available for invoices issued only as agreed upon, and you may be subject to the terms of the financial institution used. You agree to Life With A Purpose sending reminders for late payments, and you agree to Life With A Purpose proceeding with debt collection as deemed appropriate for failure to pay for Services rendered. You agree to the terms in our Privacy Policy by using this website.
Refunds may be provided where Services are not rendered by Life With A Purpose. Refunds may be requested in writing where there are major faults and damages to any purchased products caused by Life With A Purpose, and due to clear misrepresentation of Services offered and provided. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days, proof of purchase must be presented, and the item must be submitted in its original packaging and as received by the buyer. Refunds may be rejected for failure to comply with these terms. The buyer must post the item and is responsible for postage fees for minor issues unless otherwise agreed upon. Life With A Purpose will send a pre-paid shipping label for the return of items with major faults and/or damage caused by Life With A Purpose. The item will be inspected upon receipt. If major damage is not found to be present, the refund may be rejected. A replacement item may also be provided as products available on this website are personalised (bespoke).

Membership cancellations must be submitted with a minimum notice of 7 days. Payments for the next due payment period will no longer be deducted after written notice is provided within this notice period. Refunds can not be provided for payments already processed for the previous pay period.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and as required. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
